Employment Prospects Survey
Full-time JD program Yes, there is a career development office, but you gotta learn how to use their resources. First, they will not land you a job. The CDO is great in telling you where to go, giving you the resouces, and giving you feedback. I found a great person there that I talked to for three years through the ups and downs. Yes, the top whatever percent will have jobs thrown at them (at least a few years ago they did). The rest of us will have to find jobs like everyone else in the world... through networking, shaking hands, collecting business cards, going to bar association meetings, etc. The administration has tried to change the generally negative attitudes about the CDO (ex. having someone at the front desk that knows your name). It's a small step. The key is they do listen to the consumers (the students) and do try to improve their services.
