| Full-time law program |
Very few socials, and usually really lame. These socials usually are
bar reviews at bars way into town and only the same group of people,
those who want to recapture their college days, go. Good restaurants
in Boston, hardly any in Newton and Chestnut Hill, which is where BC
Law is located. Frankly, Boston is an overgrown small college town.
New Yorkers tend to HATE it. School clubs are good, but 1Ls are too
busy to get involved and the latest craze is protesting the our
military's ability to recruit on campus b/c of the Soloman Amendment
(enacted by Bill Clinton) that penalizes schools by withdrawing funds
if they don't allow the military to recruit b/c of their policies on
homosexual.
