The school does operate a career placement program for graduates. UIW alums have
a lifetime eligability for career placement services. The school also offers a
message board for UIW graduates, in order to help them network with other
graduates for a better chance of finding jobs. The school has the clout of being,
not only the eigtht-largest private school in Texas, but also that of being the
largest Catholic school in the state. It has a very good reputation in
South-Central Texas, and is likely known throughout the state and much of the
country. This should relate well to both the prospects for employment and for
internships.
