Austin has a great film and music scene. The night life Guadalupe and
downtown on sixth street inspires it's own tourist industry outside of
the college. Many local favorites are vegetarian in nature.
Names change frequently but just drive down Guadalupe between 15th and
30th and you can't go wrong.
