Austin is Expensive to live. Period. Other than that a huge percentage
of students come to UT, and wind up staying in Austin's laid back
atmosphere. The facilities are in great shape and it is a beautiful
campus. On campus housing is not generally reserved for graduate level
students but there are many other rental opportunities.
