Plenty of housing, on and off campus. Parking is insane, and parking
passes are very expensive. Better to live close, with parking at home,
and to walk or bike. Neighborhoods are generally safe, and the police &
fire stations are within a mile of the university. Day-care right next
to campus for students with kids. Lots of unique, independent eateries
nearby, and a few clubs and bars. The light-rail station is nearing
completion (should be done in 2004 sometime), which will run all
throughout the Denver metro area, making it very easy for students to
get downtown and back without drinking and driving, etc.
