syracuse is very big into the greek system, there are many fraternities
as well as soroities on campus. around the university area there are
plenty of bars that are quite busy every night. many restaurants are
very close to campus ranging from chinese, to greek, to middle eastern.
downtown syracuse offers many more bars, pubs, restaurants, as well as
cafes. 10 minutes away from campus there is also carousel mall, one on
the bigger malls in new york state.
