| Full-time M.Ed. Counseling Psychology |
The admissions process was straightforward. The M.Ed. Counseling
program is relatively small, so the college personnel are selective in
whom they accept. One thing I know they looked for in an applicant was
work/internship/research experience (and it did not have to be
psychology-related). I asked for, and was granted an interview with
members of the department, who also had one of the second year students
meet with me. Interviewing was not a requirement, though I would
recommend doing it. I had even attended a conference where several of
the professors were presenting and introduced myself there. The college
application was a standard one with an essay based on your future goals
and why you want to attend.
