Campus life at SVSU is filled with athletic events (SVSU Football is
currently #1 in Division 2 of the NCAA), social gatherings, and musical
guests (Michelle Branch and Jason Mraz recently performed on-campus).
The university is located in the tri-city area of Saginaw, Bay City, and
Midland, so there is lots to do when venturing off-campus. Bars and
restaurants are everywhere. We have two main fraternities, Sigma Pi and
TKE, and each sponsors a night out at their specific bar. Sigma Pi
usually does Saturday nights at RJ's Grill and Pub and TKE usually does
Thursdy nights at Shooters Sports bar. There are clubs for just about
any interest, along with multiple sororities, fraternities, and honors
societies.
