Had to take the GMAT and then get letters of recommendation to get into
the university. I didn't have to have an interview but think it could
definetely be a helpful item. The best way to get into the HR program at
Purdue is through knowing someone there. I recommend calling and talking
with the professors, especially David Schoorman who has a lot of pull on
who gets into the program. My program was part of the business school
and my process for getting into the HR program would also work for
getting into the MBA program.
