Admission process included standard forms and references. Phone calls
were received from faculty and administration which was rather
flattering. Interview was conducted with the Dean, which again was
impressive and displayed a sense of committment on behalf of the
Lawrence Technological University.
Selectivity seems to have been less stringent in comparison to MAJOR
universities.
Nonetheless, the quality of students allowed for learning just as much
or more than from the professors and textbooks - as the classroom make-
up had many students that were professionals with 5 to 10 years
experience - and each class promoted interaction between the students
which allowed the experienced professional to share their work trial and
tribulations which enhanced the scope of the learning and teachings of
the curriculum.
