The overall process isn't to difficult. I, however, had problems
getting official transcripts to them. I had them sent via regular mail
and received the "we didn't receive them" message, numerous times.
After several tries, I had to use a more expensive, trackable method,
complete with signature required on receipt, in order for them to
recognize receipt of official transcripts.
