The JGSM student body is very small in comparison with other top
schools. It's supportive and communal classes bond very tightly, and
bring a wonderful level of social cohesion. The city of Ithaca is much
like any other Northeast college town . . . lots of small bars, clubs
and restaurants. There are plenty of things to do on any given night,
however major cities, concerts and sporting events will not be easy to
find.
