Cornell offers oncampus housing for graduate students, within walking
distance of where CIPA is housed. Cornell is a major research
university, with an extensive library collection, various computing
facilities, and several different dining halls. Ithaca offers assorted
dining options in the college-town area, as well as housing rented to
students. The neighborhoods around the university tend to be low crime
areas. While the rigorous academic workload can cause considerable
stress at times, the overall quality of life is good. Cornell and
Ithaca offer numerous diversions.
