The one bar in campus, closing at 12p.m., was the only place in the
whole campus where you can see some social life.
Students will usually opt for a group trip on weekends to some movie and
dinner at the city (15 to 20 min. trip on bus). The university even
started to offer free shuttles to the city on weekends.
During the summer, however, life is quite pleasant, and not just because
usually there are no courses, but also because there are tons of things
to appreciate and enjoy in the windy city during the heavenly summer.
