It is not a commuting school. Students come from all over and quickly
bond. You can really make friends and some of these may become
lifelong. You go through an intense experience together, spend a lot of
time with one another, go to parties and other social events.
It is not college all over again, but I have gone on to other graduate
programs and this experience, maybe because I was younger and still
fresher out of college, was closer to the undergraduate one than my
subsequent degrees.
