The program allows flexibility needed to balance family, work, and
school. Traditional Doctorial Programs are set up for the traditional
student who is able to attend classes during the day and generally only
works part-time, if at all. Unfortunately, this is not financially
feasable for the adult learner who wants to further his or her education
and career. Capella offers a program that does not intterupt one's life.
The residencies are held at various locations throughout the US at
various times to provide convenience and assessiblity to all learners.
They are held at major hotel chains in areas that are safe.
