The career aspects here I feel are limited because of the area we live in. We do
have Harrisburg and Hershey nearby so there are plenty of internships in that
area but do require some travel time. Our career placement advisor is extremely
knowledgeable about internship fairs and job fairs. She can help you to find
graduate schools that will fit what you are looking for. She also will help with
resumes and interview skills. We are linked with College Central Network.
You are also able to attend leadership conferences sponsored by other
schools or organizations such as the AAUW.
We do have occasional recruiters come to the campus (usually closer
towards the summer and christmas time) that are from the local area.
Most of the companies we have here do look towards Wilson when they have
an opening and we havent had any companies turn us down for internships
