| Full-time Bachelor of Business Administration Program |
The business program is very highly regarded. The reputation in the Canadian
workplace (CEO's) is amongst the finest of all business school in Canada.
Average grads make approx. 47,000 which rivals Western grads. for tops amongst
all school. Campus recruiting for graduates starts in early September with
interview in October. Investment banking, accounting, and finance position are
most often posted. Interviewing is done mainly on-campus, but recruitment
activities can include wining and dining in Toronto for the cream of the crop.
It is important to get an early and organized start for finding a position upon
graduation. There is also Job Fair that attracts some of the less prestigious
firms. The key to finding a job is through the 'informational sessions' put on
by the hiring companies in September and October. They are an excellent chance
of meeting the recruiting team and networking. At the very least, students
should aim at getting the business cards of the recruiting members. More
ambitious students could ask for a 'job shadow' which will give them an
additional advantage over other candidates.
