There's a new student commons that is beautiful, and the
on-campus housing is decent. The university is going through
some major capital improvements that will "modernize" many of the
historic buildings. The small-town atmosphere and school honor
code makes it a relatively safe neighborhood, but that shouldn't
mislead students into thinking that NO crime occurs. The campus
is gorgeous, especially in the fall and spring. There are sprawling
lawn, centuries-old trees and red-brick buildings.
