Very competitive. Very big in pre-med and engineering. If you ar
looking at Fine Arts or Liberal Arts it is not as competitive.
A lot of New York City and Suburbs go here. High SAT scores essential.
Having obtained college credits either through actual classes or testing
is a big help. Must have a good essay. I did not go down to interview
and still got in. Have lots of outside activities. Be the son or
daughter of an Alumni or have an Alumni recommend you could be the key
deciding factor between you and an all else equal candidate.
