The career planning on campus is very helpful for business students (I had heard
differently for liberal arts) but make sure you start looking early. Attend all
of the career fairs and practice your interviews. I also recomend that you spend
a lot of time reviewing/editing your resume, a good resume can stand out.
Personality can go a long way. Villanova is generally a respected school but it
is also highly competitive so make sure you can stand out during the interview.
For any of the large consulting firms or financial firms make sure you have at
least a 3.0 (perferable a 3.2) or better.
