The social scene is what you would expect for a town this size. The
first couple of weeks are fun, but soon it becomes repetitive. This
doesn't mean you won't go out. It just means that you'll accept the fact
that there really isn't that many places to go after you've covered them
all during frosh week. If you're into gambling there is the casino and
if you're 21 you can head over to Detroit, but many Detroit kids come to
Windsor because you only have to be 19 to get into a bar up here so it's
a similar scene. It also helps if you have a car. It can be expensive
taking a taxi everywhere and doing something simple like going to the
movies is easier with a car as opposed to taking a very long bus ride.
If you're used to a big city with a vibrant night life, Windsor is not
for you.
