| Full-time Undergraduate program |
This university is quite big and it's easy to get lost. But just
remember, there are resources available and people really do care about
you and your success. It starts becoming a small world. The housing
facilities are average. Each dorm is different, and you'll get to know
the differences after a year here. The food is not that bad. If you
get tired of dorm food, there are always restaurants along the Ave. I
really like how everything's very accessible. It helps to have a car
but you can still live without one. The campus is really pretty, and
even more beautiful when the cherry trees blossom in the spring. Sure,
it does rain in Seattle, but not as much as you might think. It's
mostly overcast, but not as cold as some East Coast cities. As with any
urban city, you need to have common sense when walking around the
city. It's generally a pretty safe area. The campus is well lit at
night, and there are students walking around in the evening for classes
and such. However, you should be more aware and careful around the
ave.
