The local (Denver, CO) alumni group was active and positive, and reps
from the Admissions Dept set up an information session in Denver. The
application was simple back then, may still be for all I know. I liked
that there was early admissions consideration, providing results in
November. At least one student from my HS went to this university, so
the counselors knew somewhat about the school. I applied because it
came up on a piece of software that compared all your ideal univeristy
criteria and spat out those schools meeting your ideals.
