University of Phoenix is different than other colleges since you don't
deal with online housing and other issues that "regular" colleges deal
with. The campus I attend is adequate but there is no library,
cafeteria or other school facilities. The neighborhood is fair but I
wouldn't park in a dark place and go out to my car by myself.
