University of Phoenix is a school for working professionals who do not
have time to attend "regular" college. You can take classes at the
campus, online, both online and campus (FlexNet) and also something
called Directed Study where you work directly with the teacher on
completing assignments. The admissions process was relatively easy
although there were some problems scheduling my classes due to
availability. Also be careful when applying for financial aid because
you will run into problems if you don't attend for 29 days and you will
be dropped from the school and from financial aid unless you let them
know in advance. To attend UOP, you need to be working because all of
your classes deal with situations withing the workplace.
