Not Dartmouth, Cornell, Duke- nobody in this academic tier. Penn has an abundant number of smart kids who want to drink till they drop and smoke mad reefer. The bar scene is great, lot to do downtown, too. i went Greek and it was Animal House-style. Football and basketball games rock, hooking up is rampant and raucus, and there is basically a shit load of stuff to do, mostly involving alcohol. I say go to Penn. Sure it will never have the name "Harvard" or "Yale" but you'll still make money when you graduate, get an Ivy League education, and have a truly wild experience. If you are thinking about HY or P, you should probably just go to one of them because clearly Penn life isn't your priority.
