Philadelphia is cloudy, cloudy, cloudy. When it is sunny, Locust Walk is quite nice. Dining is disgusting but no one cares, there are plenty of other places to eat if you're not on a terribly tight budget. Huntsman Hall is the premier learning facility, probably in the entire world but I doubt non-Wharton students will have much opportunity to use it. Neighborhood can get pretty ugly but center city philadelphia is nice. Crime is exaggerated, sure its unsafe, but don't be stupid and you should be fine.
