The facilities are okay. The library is amazing. There are lots of off-campus dining opportunities, so you need not limit yourself to a meal-plan. The university dining-halls serve decent food, but upper-classmen don't normally get meal plans as much due to the monotony of the same food. The campus is generally safe, but it is located in West Philadelphia, which is an indigent part of the city.
