University of Montreal has a certain prestige in Quebec and Europe. The
opportunities are quite good and the internships are not so bad.
Many students go to work at Bell, Rogers, AT&T or into consulting firms.
Law students have no problems at all finding a job upon graduation. I even heard
the average starting salary for law students is around 100,000$/year in NYC. The
university offers a tremendous career placement service through the Office of
placement. It has a list of available positions with preferred recruiters.
