Ann Arbor is a pretty safe town. During the holidays when students are
away, quite a few off campus houses get burglarized. There are quite a
few homeless people on campus, but they are fairly harmless. The dorms
on central campus are most popular because they are near the main
campus. The food is decent, not great. Generally, students are not
allowed to live in dorms after sophmore year because of the lack of
dorms and plethora of incoming freshmen. Off campus housing is not
hard to find, but it is pricey if you want to live close to campus.
Campus buildings are constantly being renovated, but gorgeous.
