Ann Arbor is a great college town that has a cosmopolitan feel. Combine that with the diverse student body, and you get four years of great memories. Housing is guaranteed for freshman year only; after that, you can either enter a lottery to stay in the dorms or get your own place alone or with friends. I'd have to say that the food is average at best, so I did end up moving off campus with friends. The campus is beautiful and safe for the most part. Michigan has excellent athletic facilities due to its well-know sports teams.
