There were many opportunities for campus recruiting. However, since I graduated
in 2001 the economy was pretty bad and many employers cancelled their interviews
and/or rescinded offers..especially after September 11th. Internships and jobs
that were in Michigan were easier to get than the ones in Chicago, New York, or
LA. The employers were all top names. The career placement center was very
good, however, I found it pretty hard to get an intership and/or job because of
my lack of previous work experience.
