There is a man, Richard Fein, who writes books on getting jobs, so he is obviously very well connected. Then there is a lady Kim Jones who holds workshops on everything from internships/co ops to resume writing. There are also job fairs that you can attend and talk to representatives from different companies. The prestige is definitely not as high as it should be given the hard work many students put in and the knowledge they have for the information within their area. So be careful there.
