The engineer program had the strongest cooperative intership program, and I'd
always wished I would have had a similar opportunity. While it's probably changed
since I've been there, the science academic advisors were not resourceful when it
came to finding internships. Campus recruiting was low and career placement
resources minimal. I always felt left on my own and think the university can do a
better job. Alumni are sometimes helpful, but there is not always a bond that
other schools have.
