Activities and social life is very much focussed within the college, which makes it easy to get involved. But sometimes it can feel quite enclosed, and even stale. The city is very attractive, but not big enough to sustain the full range of entertainments. Housing is superb, with large and characterful rooms, though the provision of all three years' housing within college is not always a blessing.
