I didn't have a great experience with the recruiters, but that may be due to my
major. The science and engineering students seemed to fare the best - lots of
pharmaceuticals companies. Anderson used to come to campus and it was considered
"the Hot Recruiter." Personally, I was not impressed; I think the Anderson
recruiters were a joke. I had two years of work experience in banking but was
not seen as a good enough candidate. Meanwhile, another candidate informed me
that her sorority sister was interviewing her and SURPRISE! She got hired.
