tel aviv university is known less for its own night life for it is
located in the centre of happenings in itself. loads of excellent bars,
coffee shops are the students favourites and actually there isnt much
need in more. but student day whole day party is excellent with big
local rock stars and bands, bazzar, pool games, movies and vibrant
parties till late. dating scene is similar to the city's scene- pick
up's and a lot of caring about details. students, as opposed to other
universities tend to dress up (for there is a real potential for
meeting the right one). at times it feels like the right place to be
seen at, and thats part of the big pluses. as opposed to US'
universities there isnt much focuse on clubs etc, but the israelis are
very much different from americans any way. people are very warm,
welcoming and fun to hang out with
