The admissions process was relatively similar to any other undergraduate
program throughout the country. I believe there were two essay questions
in which one had to describe his or herself. Along with this, one had to
provide 3 solid references from past high school teachers, coaches,
alums, etc. No interview is needed to get into SMU. If you have solid
high school grades and SAT scores, it will not be a problem getting into
SMU. By solid, it would most probably entail around a 3.3 GPA, and 1250
SAT.
