I applied to transfer to Smith. I have been told that trnasfering to
top schools is easier than trying to get in from high school. i think
this could be a myth as far as Smith goes, however. I have known
multiple, highly qualified people to not get in as a transfer student.
Anyway, I interviewed with a school appointed admissions counselor and
met with stuents. The interview was a little stressful because they
really want to know why a women's college and why Smith specifically.
