Housing at Skidmore is above average. The rooms are large and the set up is
different and intersting. 5-6 people share a
bathroom, shower, and two sinks which is better than most colleges I've heard
of. The campus is in constant change, which
means technological advancements are always being made, but it manages to not
disturb the beautiful surroundings. Its a
perfect oasis as far as college campuses are concerned. The food at skidmore
isn't stellar, but there are always amazing
options from the "make your own" section such as omlettes, pizza, salad,
waffles, and icecream sundaes. Then you have
Saratoga Springs. The best college town EVER. Plenty of nightlife for the party
animal, and culture for the studious. It also
is only a few hour drive from NYC, Boston, and Montreal if you do get stir
crazy. And Saratoga is a very safe place, which
means Skidmore rarely has problems with crime.
