I commuted to school since I lived with my fiancee further away. I did
not really participate in any of the campus activities. The area
aroundthe campus looks a little sketchy and I would not like to walk
around campus by mysleve after dark but during the day it was
completely fine. There are police escorts available to walk you to
your car of you need it. The campus is old and the class rooms are old
as well but I never say that as a problems since the classes were so
good.
The stduent health services was the best I have ever experienced. I
know work at Emory University and they have a complete hospital but I
still fet a lot better taken care of by the doctors in the student
health services at SJSU than here. The dining at campus was okay, but
there were some very good cheap places right off campus.
