The school is actually isolated from the surrounding town/cities, so a car is necessary to go just about everywhere, unless you can figure out the bus schedule (I couldn't, but I had a car). One thing to note: it rains every day and twice on Sunday in Binghamton. Literally, sunlight is at a premium, and at times the campus gets a drab, depressed presence.
