Campus is OK and Troy, NY isn't the nicest city in the world. It's brutally cold in the winter but spectacular in the late spring/early summer. Facilities and dining overall would rate average and crime & safety would rate average to below average (i.e. crime is somewhat above average and safety is somewhat below average).
