Penn State has a very good career program, they offer internships placements,
resume reviewing, mock interviews, seminars on career topics by different
companies and much much more. As far as recruting, I don't feel that the
companies are exactly from the Fortune 500, but a few are very well known
businesses. I have not used the career placement opputunities yet, but many
people are very happy with the results they have gotten.
