Considering the fact that we live in N Miami that is a big plus for the
college students that like to party. For the students that do not care
to get out that much the campus is always having some sort of event for
the students and it benefits us a lot. The students have their pick in
the social events that they choose and I have not heard alot of students
complain about not having much to do
