| Full-Time Undergraduate - Lubin School of Business |
Although most students mail in their applications with academic
history, some applicants, including myself have the option of going to
the admissions office for a more thorough introduction to the school.
First the admissions office offers you a brochure which briefly
explains the diverse opportunities you can have by going to Pace
University. You are then given a chance to see the classrooms by going
on a tour of the school which shows you all the classrooms, activities,
and study centers. After the tour, you have a choice of speaking to a
counselor to find out your options.
If you decide to apply to Pace University, you have the option of
either just filling out an appication or having an interview with an
admissions counselor as well.
If you are interested in going to Pace University, I encourage you to
attend the personal interview, since the admissions counselor can see
who you really are. Also, there is a high chance your admissions
counselor makes your admission decision the same day.
They are selective on their students and how they have achieved in High
School and College (if you are transferring).
Based on my experience, I have noticed that Pace University admits
students based on their previous academic history (Grade Point
average), SAT Scores, Extracurricular activities, and interview (which
is optional).
What was great about applying to Pace University was the assistance I
received after being admitted into the school.
The counselors were very helpful with me in choosing the right
courses. Although I began attending Pace University as a transfer
student, I chose the right school for college.
