The campus is beautiful and charming and historic. The town itself is the same,
as are the other local communities-- located in Western Massachusetts, which is
New England college movie set central. It is however very quiet. If one is
looking
for many opportunities to go out in cities, this is a drawback-- Boston is 1.5
hrs
away and NYC 3 hrs away. If you are looking for beauty, nature, dorm and
apartment parties, educational events every night such as famous lecturers,
films,
concerts, amazing resources in terms of facilities, and a safe environment, this
is
a fabulous picture-perfect place to go to school. (Also the living costs are
very
inexpensive due to the regional area and surrounding colleges. Since school I
have only lived in major cities, and there is no comparison.)
