I was a transfer student, and I was very specific about what I was looking for
in
terms of strong academics and a focused environment. Mount Holyoke College
offered so many opportunities that were unique for women that there was no
alternative for me. The addmissions process included essays, previous
transcripts and an extensive interview. I asked as many questions as I was
asked. I was allowed to meet in person with the Chair of the Academic Dept in
which I would be enrolled.
